The staff was very friendly and hard working, for example- constantly clearing dishes and restocking food during busy weekend breakfasts. Also, the housekeeping staff did an amazing job with our room, tidying up and leaving enough supplies. Thank you!

Go-to hotel in Ottawa!!

I initially booked for a 3 adult 2 kids room. 2 nights before our stay, I decided to invite 1 more person which makes us 4 adults and 2 kids. When I called the hotel to ask the additional charges for adding 1, I was surprised to find out that I don’t have to pay any extras given that it’s also breakfast included. Room was very nice and clean. Imagine paying just $200+ for 6 persons with breakfast included. I don’t even know if there’s somewhere else offering the same but staying here was very worth it it made me write a review (which I normally don’t do LOL!!)

Hotel is nice and new. Overall staff was friendly. Breakfast food was bad. There were no plates and when I asked for a plate the staff member seemed like I was annoying them and came back with a plate quite some time later.

Pleasant lady at front desk upon arrival. Quick checking. Wasn’t able to connect to hotel Wi-Fi. Shower door wouldn’t stay shut unless I put a face cloth in the floor railing to keep it from running open. Noisy air conditioning would blow over our heads and faces above bed. HUGE lineup for breakfast ran into lobby hall. Very poor design to go get breakfast items. ‘Traffic jam’ and really not efficient. Very chaotic. However, staff did their very best to replenish food items as quickly as possible when they ran out of them. Ran out of scrambled eggs which were replaced by what appeared to be ‘fried’ eggs.
