Three couples stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. It was a decent size. We were worried because it said the unit was like 670 square feet. If it really was, it sure felt bigger. I wasn’t sure how the process would work without having an actual person on the property. It did work out well without any issues. I would stay again.

Perfect for us
This was perfect for us. Location was good, away from noise but close enough to walk to Bourbon Street. My son, son in law and boyfriend made friends with all the bartenders downstairs and enjoyed the drinks. We had a couple minor things wrong but my son in law fixed them. (toliet and bathroom sink problem) We got caught in a rain storm and were so happy to find a stackable washer and dryer in the closet upon arrival. The rooms are small so makes it a bit difficult with large luggage. We liked the rustic appeal of the place and all the windows to see everything going on outside. (There is a theater next door).

Disastrous start to a family vacation
We arrived only to find that someone else's belongings--lots of them, an iPad, an Apple Watch, lots of clothing and used beverage containers--were in one of the rooms. It was deeply disturbing because we didn't know if a person was still there or might return. It took almost an hour for a Sonder representative to arrive, and then we had to switch hotel buildings, taking time and comfort away from our family's vacation. The second building had a cockroach the size of my thumb, poor lightblocking curtains, and little in the way of noise cushioning, making it loud and bright (it's also next to a bar).
