I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay, particularly with Martine Desjardins, the manager overseeing housekeeping and maintenance. The hotel was severely understaffed, and basic services were lacking. Rooms were not cleaned daily, and I had to repeatedly go downstairs just to request fresh towels. While using the dining area for a Zoom call, I informed the staff of my situation, but those having lunch nearby were loud and dismissive. I politely asked if they could relocate to help me hear better, as I was struggling, but they refused and responded with a deeply offensive and racist remark, telling me to take my self back to the United States.Although my reservation was for ten days, I was forced to leave after only five due to the hostile environment.

Stayed here with our two young kiddos and the pool area woth water slide was excellent! It was the highlight of the stay for our kids, and the hottub, though small, was the highlight for us parents :) we came mid September, just passing through and it was not busy at all, but the rooms were very nice! Well kept up,

Checking into our room was fast and the staff was so friendly. Once we got in our room we were so happy with how clean and comfortable it was. The beds are almost as good as being at home which is saying alot because most places don't have comfortable beds. The pool is our favourite part of staying here and you can't forget the slide. The food is really good as well. Anytime I am travelling in the area we stay at this location.
