It’s an absolute gem , very clean big place with exceptionally friendly professional efficient staff . Great gym and spectacular swimming pool . Steam room and sauna are great too. The staff here are fake and rude. If you’re not a wealthy person from a specific part of the world - expect to be treated like dirt. Too bad bc it’s a nice place. I spend more than 100 nights a year in hotels and this place stands out for rude staff and poor management,

Check in was fine The weird little man at the bar who works there was odd and creepy and too close like ewwww No one answers phone for room service so got uber food (ur loss) Room is pretty beat up but clean
