A lovely gem

The property is quaint, clean and comfortable. It’s a bit rustic which suits me to a T. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and would be perfect for a family with children.... huge fenced back yard and set back from the street. Plenty of nice large dinner table to gather round and spacious kitchen. Margaret was super fast in responding to any questions that I had and helped us out in a pinch during check in. The owner and the bungalow are charming.

Simply Outstanding!

What a wonderfully charming home! I immediately felt at home as soon as I walked in! The San Marco area is beautiful and close to everything you need. This is an older home with so much charm and it made for a wonderful holiday getaway with my family! Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of linens and towels and a nice surprise in the fridge. I cannot wait to stay here again and the owner is a doll!!!!

Great stay!

It was great, clean, perfect location for our needs. Had all of the basic necessities and left a nice little surprise in the fridge which my husband loved! The house itself could use some love as it is a bit old and creaky but it’s cute with character. Only other suggestion is moving the modem/router to a different plug so it doesn’t get turned off. If you move it toward the rear of the house it would improve connection to the guest house. Thanks for the stay and we will stay again if and when we’re back!

There were a few minor issues with the bathroom drain but the owner was quick to address. This is the second time staying here and will definitely use this property again for visiting family.

Perfect for visiting family

This house was exactly what we needed when we had family come to visit from out of town. The location is central and the neighborhood so quiet. The house has everything needed and is cozy with vintage style charm. The owner is local and responded to any question very promptly. Will definitely rent it again!
