The parking garage next door is privately owned and the sign, which I didn't see until after I parked, stated that I needed to use floor 8 and up as a hotel guest since the lower levels are reserved. I didn't find this distance to the hotel convenient. Restaurant in the lobby had good food (specialty drink was a bit pricey though). Nice enough staff. Clean throughout.

I love Venus at the check in desk!!!! She is a beautiful women, with superior knowledge of her job, is kind looks for things to do (last month got she was sweeping behind the front desk! She makes the guest seem important, she will upgrade you, remember you from a different stay and help you with a problem! She is definitely a keeper!
