Very clean and friendly staff!!! If we needed anything all we had to do was ask and it was there for us!!! It was also quiet not a lot of disturbance!!

This was not the typical cookie-cutter hotel but had all the amenities plus more, like large bar with TV’s, pool table and ping pong right in the lobby. Very clean and comfortable too.

Room telephone handset did not work. Mirror on bathroom door was cracked. Not enough washcloths.

I had an 8-hour flight delay so i called the front desk to alert them to this and ensure my room would still be held for me despite my late arrival. The individual on the phone replied, “It doesn’t matter” and got off the phone without taking my name. I arrived at 2:50am, weary from the worst travel day that I have experienced, and was told they were rebooting the system and I would need to wait 10 minutes. I understand that these things (rebooting the system) need to happen but there was never an apology, or here is a cold water for your wait, etc. Not happy.
