Didn't like it when housekeepers enter into my room when i wasnt there. I didnt ask for room services and i had just arrived. Its just disappointing and disrespectful that they would do something like that.

The rooms smelt TERRIBLE. So musty, and really just like filth. The paint around the windows are peeling, like they had moulded and they just slapped some paint on over top. The bathrooms were tiny and everything metal seemed to be rusted. The people above us were up all night stomping back and forth across the floors causing us to be up most of the night (I think people do long term stays here) The area did not feel the safest in the evenings. However, the front desk lady who checked us in was lovely along with other staff. The breakfast was okay. Will not return due to cleanliness and terrible sleep due to others staying/living in that location.

The location, the service and mostly everything was good. However, the toilet sounded weak when it flushed, which took a long time, so I peeked into the tank, and to my surprise found it was covered with nasty black mold! I hope it's cleaned well before the next person stays there! It's not your fault, but I woke up 5 times due to motorcycles drving by making lots of noise after midnight, then an hour later the trash truck came and made a lot of noise, but it's part of life there! Then it happened again awhile later, so I kept waking up every few hours after that, and have been tired ever since. I exercised in the pool, which was dirty around the sides with what looked like black mold. It seemed to be overdue for a cleaning, and I worked out in the gym.. I had a relaxing, pleasant stay other than my concerns. Naturally it's not your fault it was noisy.. Sincerely, Carol Baird

Decent stay for a few days

This was a pretty decent srat for a few days. The check-in was quick, and the receptionist was quite nice. The room size was adequate for what we needed. The bed isn't the most comfortable, in my opinion, but it serves it's purpose. There are little things I noticed like the faucet handles for the sink and tub needing tightening. You also have to be mindful of the toilet handle. You have to jiggle it to ensure the water doesn't keep running. We were on the go most of the time, so I never had the opportunity to mention these items as an FYI. As for the location. The hotel is in a convenient spot. We were close to gas stations, restaurants, shopping. Lastly, it was quiet, which I appreciated.
