Come visit Gatlinburg in style! The Swiss Onyx Chalet is an A-frame cabin located in Chalet Village, 1.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. A beautiful home away from home with brand new bathrooms, equipped with rain showers, a full kitchen, custom furniture, covered porch, with hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating, all overlooking the creek. Three seasonal pools are available to guests Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. Close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Ski Mountain.

Excellent Stay

We had a great time at this property! Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough. We had everything we needed to know prior to check-in and their instructions were very clear. The cabin was exactly as described and very clean when we arrived! Would stay here again.

Way Overpriced, cute, but far from luxurious

This is a very small chalet. I would advise the owner that the mattresses in this house are hard as a rock. The cabin was advertised as “luxury” and it is not. Don’t get me wrong, we had a great time but I feel kind of ripped off for what I paid for this place. It is cute, but again far from luxury. I’ve stayed at much nicer chalets for $2000. There was only room for one car although it was advertised for 2. More than one would be dangerous. The driveway is extensive steep. The owner also told me that if I did not rent Thursday night that I would not be able to get there due to parade traffic. That was untrue. We rode around all night of the parade and had no trouble getting anywhere. The seating in the living room is not comfortable or conducive to hanging out for a family. This chalet was very cramped for a family of 5. No closets. I am just a little bummed out for what I paid.

Great location

The place was beautiful, just a few minutes to downtown & to Ober mountain but far enough away to be out to yourself. Lisa was super sweet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Chalet!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a super convenient location close to downtown but still felt secluded. Chalet was super clean and had everything we needed including towels for the hot tub. Would highly recommend!
