The heater would not stop running, cold air was coming in the room around it.You could see outside we put blanket round it to try and stop sme if tge COLD air. It was sitting on a block of wood.Two of the three stairs was not usable.they was being repaired.This was not the first time we had stayed there it was ok in the past.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious and super clean with a nice view and the location is perfect. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff - someone was available for late check-in as well as via text when I had questions. When we decided to extend our stay by a day due to the weather, adding an extra night was no trouble at all. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The room was clean and the staff at reception were very nice. The door to our balcony had a draft coming through it but that did not affect our stay at all just feel that management need to know. I had no problems with the choice for breakfast if you like a light breakfast which I do and it's not to filling if your planning to go out for a late breakfast

Convenient location for walking to the main area of Gatlinburg. Room was clean and comfortable and area is safe. Hotel is a little older but very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
