Good location and clean room but in need of customer service and basic upgrades like a radiator that doesn’t run nonstop loudly that you can’t sleep, torn up flooring in elevator, and an odd housekeeping system that is basically self-service. After requesting toiletries that were empty upon check in and new sheets, a bag was dropped off in the room for us to change the sheets ourselves. With all the nearby options, I’d stay somewhere else.
