Bearskin Lodge was a hit w/our family! The staff (Emily) was super friendly and accommodating about checking us in early, as there was a room available. She made sure we knew about about afternoon lemonade and cookies. The room was spacious and the view of the river was nice. Just the way they advertised. (Not a complaint, but wish - there somewhere to put 2 full size luggage.)

Nice stay in Gatlinburg

Staff pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast good, however not over the top as far as offerings go. Nice balcony on the river, it was charming to sit the an enjoy the river and its sound. Easily heard hall noises and footsteps above us from the room but not to a degree that was super annoying. The shower was A++. Nicely done with a great showerhead. Hotel is easy walking distance to all the attractions in Gatlinburg. Take the Gatlinburg bypass to get to the hotel (which is on the far end of Gatlinburg) to avoid some of the town’s congested traffic.

Short friends trip

We stayed 3 nights , the balcony over the creek is awesome to listen too, fireplace was as well, beds were comfortable, all was very clean , pool was relaxing and it was within walking distance of pretty much everything on the strip in gatlinburg! I would definitely stay again

The property was beautiful and in the perfect location for a visit to Gatlinburg. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. One of our favorite activities was sitting on the balcony and listening to the river run by. Perfect stay!
