Guest have access to The Ransleben-Moellering residence, 1 parking space, and the surrounding landscape of the Blacksmith Quarters property. Please mindful of other guests that may be occupying the neighboring cottages on site. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.

Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.

Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.

HOUSE RULES:

- Adults only property.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- Please do not put any extra bubbles or additives into the hot tubs.
- Please cover the hot tub after each use.
- Do not light the Fireplaces by the switch located inside the fireplace.
- The switch by the bed is the only method to be used to light the fireplace.
- Kindly be aware that this is a shared vacation complex where we offer one parking spot for each bedroom.
- Please place all trash in the designated trash bins in the parking area.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.

HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
