Cozy as can be!

My son and I loved this house for our summer vacation trip! The back yard was a delight to bask in the morning sun. The house was setup perfectly for us with the bathroom in between the rooms in the hallway. Everything was comfy and cozy just like being at home! The location is fantastic!! it’s so close to downtown and red rocks!

This property is managed by a company, Evolve. The company never responded to any questions or messages in the VRBO app. I never received a check in email the day I arrived or a check out email on check out day. I had to call VRBO be on hold while they transferred me to the management company in order to get questions answered. They told me they couldn’t use the VRBO app and that I needed to download their own app if I wanted to communicate with them. It would seem that a rental property would be required to use the systems in place that VRBO has but that’s not the case. The second day I was here, they sent four check in emails and said we’re here to help but again never answered any questions. It was a very frustrating situation, one I’ve never encountered using short term rentals in the past. I typically use another rental app but wanted to try VRBO to see how it was. I was not impressed. The place was lovely. The neighborhood is great which we enjoyed very much. My only issue with the property was the beds. Both bedrooms need new mattresses. Both were very soft and caved in the middle.

Wonderful Little House

This Little House was perfect for myself, my husband, and my daughter. The house was very comfortable and cozy...It is well maintained with all appliances, electronics, and heating in working order. Parking is not a problem. Neighborhood is walkable. The location is perfect for Denver Convention center and is close to many, many restaurant choices. I most certainly would stay again. I highly recommend.

This was the perfect location for our trip. We were 20 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from Red Rocks, and 15 minutes from golden. Clean efficient, plenty of amenities. We would definitely love to visit again!

We knew nothing about Denver neighborhoods, this was a great choice. There were 3 of us that stayed and it was perfect. Walking distance to several places for necessities, food and, and night life. Easy to get downtown and to other neighborhoods. The back yard is wonderful for hanging out at the house. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and anything you need for cooking at home. We were all very happy choosing this location!
