This gorgeous bright Victorian home is a fully remodeled family entertainment space. Less than 5 mins from RiNo, Five Points and everything this area has to offer . The unit is 10 mins drive from Downtown Denver, 25 mins from the airport. Plenty of street parking.

Corner lot in trendy Whittier neighborhood. 0.5 miles to City Park. Easy access to 70 highway if you're looking to get out to the mountains. 1 mile to all the bars, shops, and restaurants in the RiNo area.

You will receive an automated Yale Code to enter the house from the main entrance.

This beautiful Victorian welcomes you with a gentle feminine energy. Well appointed, antique pieces along with a 110 year old fireplace gives the living room a unique charm. The main floor also has a 10-person dining table and a fully remodeled kitchen with all modern amenities (remodeled 2017)
Upstairs, the 3-bed 1 bath space is super cozy. Master bedroom faces West and a similar size bedroom faces Southeast of the house. The smallest room on this floor has 2 twin size beds and two ladder bookshelves.

The basement is its own individual unit, with an entry from within the house AND a separate entrance. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchenette and a flexible working space make the basement its own unique space in case you need some separation from the rest of the house
