All good things
Great place, the cold plunge and hot tub were amazing. Having a parking spot off the road made it feel like we weren't in anybody's way and we were super close to just about everything we were planning to do. Best homebase we could have asked for.

Great location to explore so much!
Arvada and the retreat are in a fantastic central location from the airport, easy drives to Boulder, Golden, Frisco, and more. The unit is well appointed with lots of room and comfy beds. The kitchen area has about anything you would need, and it was so nice having the washer and dryer during our stay. The hot tub is great. It has an easy to use rack for removing the cover and big sturdy steps for getting in and out. The management company is awesome. They are very responsive and professional. All that being said, we would not stay here again due to the tenants upstairs. The unit will smell like food every time they cook: strong, pungent aromas that do not dissipate. The noise from upstairs is also loud. Well past 10 and 11 at night, we heard walking, TV’s, the squeak of the upstairs deck swing, talking, etc. The upstairs tenants do not observe the quiet hours. The only other small concern is accessibility. The journey from the parking spot through the yard to the unit would be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. We rated the place with 4 to 5 stars because it really is great, the smell and noise are the only problems.

Cozy spa retreat
The space was very clean and organized. We had everything we needed in the space provided. The hot tub was clean and was a nice place to relax on the cold rainy days. The ping pong table was a fun addition to enjoy with our friends. The property was in a nice neighborhood and well kept. I would definitely stay here again!
