Excellent stay! We stayed in a kitchen suite and had a beautiful from the balcony! 3 pools and short walk to the beach. About a 15 minute walk into Bucerias for restaurants and night-life. We had a great time, thank you :)

The pool was enjoyable and the hotel is conveniently located. We upgraded our room because we would have been beside the road and I worried about noise. The upgrade was to a less modern room but oh well. The staff was great!!!

The walkable dining options are limited. Food at on site restaurant was average but the service is good. Some construction nearby so hopefully more restaurants will be accessible in the future. There is a strong nauseating sewer gas that comes out of the shower drain (seems ok when actually in the shower as the waters pushed down the fumes) the rubber drain cover provided does help. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. Front desk staff were helpful. "
