Unbelievable property

The location is perfect, the pool is amazing, and the condo is huge. Three bedrooms and bathrooms made it very roomy for all of us. There are a few amenities they need to add, but It was amazing enough. We would definitely like to return next year.

Can’t ask for better Oceanside

The whole Property was spacious/clean/ and felt very safe. The condo itself was also just that. The view is exactly as shown! Panoramic ocean view. The beach was easy to get too… but there’s also the pool right at your complex.:: I had several questions to property management that were replied to quickly!! You are a short walk to the town square/ restaurants/ and stores.

Poorly Equipped Condo

Our stay was for two weeks and we enjoyed the amenities of the building, location and size of the condo. We did not enjoy that the unit was poorly furnished for its size. The living area had one sofa and no chairs. We did use the dining chairs to watch television from but they were not comfortable. The kitchen was not adequately equipped, There was no dishwasher, no dish cloths and one dish towel. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink when we arrived. The host was very responsive and helpful and bought dish towels, hand towels and a can opener. He fixed the water heater and there was hot water in the kitchen if a shower was turned on before the kitchen faucet. We would not recommend renting unit 306 for a vacation stay.
