"Very clean room with all the amenities needed for our stay. During our stay my daughter had a heat exhaustion experience and they were very quick in getting her a wheelchair to take her too her suite and ask if she needed medical assistance. Also, my Husband left his phone on the bench outside and they had it for him to pickup at security, but he had to be able to open the phone before they released it to him. And these two incidents took place at the same time and was taken care of by the Hilton 's security. All around great experience and time well spent there."

"The hotel staff, especially the security team, were unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. Their attitude toward guests was unacceptable. A theft occurred in my room, resulting in the loss of valuables worth approximately $800. After reporting the incident, I received no meaningful updates from security. They refused to provide information about the investigation and expected me to keep following up with them instead. I was not even given a copy of the incident report. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern shown by the hotel was extremely disappointing. Losing valuable belongings is stressful enough, but the way this situation was handled made it even more frustrating. I expected far better service and support from the hotel staff."
