"Hollywood is always a great hotel. Food pricing is pretty good too. They’ve updated the menu items at the restaurants. Ordered chicken tenders at “99” think they were $16 with fries. 5 huge tenders, saved them for later. Daiquiri’s and Dogs was good too. Chips and Cheese, they could do better but the Pink Lemonade Daiquiri was amazing. Only thing this time was called a couple of times and left the front desk messages for towels and none came also on a 5 day stay, housekeeping only came once. 4.9 stars though. First time this has happened"

"The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than expected (biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage patties, muffin bagels, bread, cereal, homemade waffles, yougurt, fruit) The A/C worked very well, however the unit leaked onto the carpet in front of the window. We immediately informed the staff, who told us we couldn't be moved because the hotel was booked, but as guests checked out the next day we could have a different room. We were ok with that, since the ac worked fine. My family and I spent the next day sight-seeing. We checked with the front desk upon returning and were informed that maintenance had checked and the AC was not leaking anymore, they were unsure why it had leaked at all. They claim to have attempted to contact us to change rooms, but were unable to reach us. They had no other rooms available. "

"The location was ideal, close to the interstate that we travelled on. Clean room. Honest staff: I had unknowingly dropped an item of value outside while using one of their carts to haul our luggage, etc. to our room. Somebody else found it and turned it into the front desk pronto. Shortly after, desk clerk got my attention and held up my item. Whoever found this item and turned it in, THANK YOU for your integrity. A Denny's restaurant was right next door within easy walking distance. We will probably make reservations at this same motel in the future."
