If I had to nitpick, we had some problems with our rooms AC and the restaurants were uncomfortably warm. "

"Overall a great trip in a quiet and smallish hotel. We went with 2 other couples. We typically liked to eat the meals together and we did not run into issues for sitting together. If you go with more people seating could be an issue. Staff was very accommodating, great service all around. One negative for my self was the lack of buffet for dinner, you had to book one of the restaurants and it took 2hrs to eat a meal. Don't matter if it's 2 people or 6. It might not be a negative if you don't want to rush through your meal. Overall the food was great in the buffet and restaurants. One negative for my wife was the lack of a dedicated coffee shop. Yes any bar could make you a latte, but nothing dedicated. I liked the quiet part of this hotel. No crazy entertainment shows at night, just simple music or karaoke. If you're looking for shows, you'd have to go offsite. We we're there at end of April and there were no huge crowds. Didn't need to get up crazy early to reserve loungers by the pool or on the beach. They were still available after breakfast. Beach was great! No rocks and the sand was clean and soft. Workers were doing a good job of cleaning up the sea weed every day."

"Spent 5 days with a group of 12. Had a great time. Staff were friendly and helpful, food options were great, didn’t have a disappointing meal and never had trouble getting into any of the restaurants. Rooms were clean, ac was programmed and wouldn’t go below 22. That was only concern with room. Fridge was restocked daily. Had a swim up room which was a great option for a quiet afternoon in a pool. Main pool staff were amazing and the lunch served was awesome. Some of the afternoon pool activities could use a change. The bingo game does not get a lot of involvement and is more annoying to those who would rather have some music playing and cold drinks flowing. Entertainment nightly was great. Overall great stay and happy we choice this resort. "
