"The staff and service at the resort were excellent. The beach was great, soft sand and beautiful color. The pools were good albeit get warm by the afternoon. We made use of the cabanas for shade as umbrellas were a little limited especially on the beach. Food options were good and the quality sufficed. ..."

"The all inclusive hotel was well kept together, very convenient to shop around and catch the ferry to Isla mujeres. Only 1 thing to comment about is the loud noise that young adults would come from having too much fun at 3am, you can hear so much of the noise in the middle of the night."
