Graduation Celebration Family Trip

The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I love the mid-century modern esthetic of the home. Overall, the home was clean. Trying to maintain the original windows and cabinetry results in a bit of a downer vibe as the sliding door tracks and insides off cabinets are "aged" and maybe a bit dirty feeling. There is a lot of space with each bedroom having its own bathroom making it comfortable for 3 couples traveling together. And all 3 of the bedroom ceiling fans and lights are the same brand, so using the remote control in one room turned on/off the lights and or fan in another room. It gave us some good laughs but was also annoying when your light turned on in the middle of the night because someone else was turning theirs off.

We enjoyed a week long stay. Clean and everything you may need. Perfect location to downtown, shopping and beaches. The house is nestled into a well established neighborhood. Quiet and inviting. The hot tub off the porch is the winner of the day. What a nice relaxing place to spend your time traveling. We felt like we were “home” all week. We will be back!!

Extended family weekend moving our son into college

We enjoyed the house immensely. It was a great layout and the space was perfect. I loved the mid century modern styling and openness! My kids loved the hot tub. The central location made it so easy to get around for shopping and a little fun too!

Great house, cheap furnishings

This house is a gem in an established neighborhood. Residents will not tolerate ST rentals for long especially if the house is full, etc. Allowing fewer guests would help especially if inside met expectations for the area. Many more items that would be inexpensive to fix/replace. The things that are done correctly are wonderful (bathroom redo’s, flooring, study, decking). Appropriate upgrades would help prevent lawsuits and increase the appeal and willingness of clientele to return.
