This is not a great neighborhood or a solo female traveler. There are a lot of homeless right outside the front door. It does not feel like a safe area to walk around. There was also ants in my bed.

I had to change rooms because the first one had pee on the toilet and smelled like sweat. The staff was friendly. The surrounding of the building is downtown area but grimy looking. There’s several food places to door dash. You have to pay for parking or use valet parking. You can tell the busking is old. In my new room the sink was shattered a little bit. The carpet was torn in front of my door.
