The room and bathroom weren't the cleanest on this trip. The toilet had issues flushing. Staff however, was super nice. We were allowed an early check in, which was beyond helpful.

Orlando Palms Hotel
Everytime I left the room, the room key stopped working & I would have to go back to the front desk to reactivate it. The door was difficult to open as well. The water was never really hot either.

The hot tub was covered with plywood, I tried to get into the pool and instantly hurt my foot on the sharp bottom of the pool.
