"Walking into the hotel it smelled amazing and looked nice and new. Getting to the third floor, it seemed like a different hotel. Air smelled stale, loud air conditions unit, dark hallways. The room was clean. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, so they kept rolling up. I had to screw the cable back into the wall for the tv to work. It was difficult, as the wall part was bent. Lots of things still said Best Western. Not terrible, at least it was clean"
