"The staff excellent! The room shameful in regards to lack of towels and there was a loud buzzing noise all night long coming from the bathroom and too late in the night to report so I didn’t sleep and reported in the morning. They refused to comp my room. I will never stay again. The pool was old and in dire need of repair but the water was clean. Hardly any chai’s and no umbrellas. The scene is beautiful because the motel is on a lake. The dock was closed however so no where to sit to relax and gaze out. No chairs or park bench. The donor have a shuttle to the airport and the taxi and uber service is available but expensive. "

"Joel was great, the Mansion was very nice but could use a new light bulb over the stove and a grill outside. The restaurant was a good surprise as we enjoyed several meals from there. Thanks for an enjoyable stay."

"The home met our needs and had easy access to restaurants, the mall and the bicycle/ walking trail. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We would stay there again. Since we were there for the month, a garage door opener would have been nice to have."

"Bathroom had black mold, tub/shower had hair/mold, noisy with kids/adults in the hallways until 150am. Check-in staff was fine. Room clean but smelled."
