Our stay started out by being told we had to pay $100 on top of the motel charge, and would be refunded when we checked out. This was to assure the motel we didn't steal anything or do any damage. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep, and were doing O.K. until midnight when all hell broke loose in the room next to us. It sounded like the occupants were throwing bags of cement into the room along with all sorts of building supplies. We didn't know what was happening, but after about 30 minutes, it quieted down. Our nights rest was ruined, so tonight we will have to make up for last night. This has us questioning our other reservations with Budget Inn, so we are going to play it by ear with backup plans. Also, we were given 1 wash cloth in our room, which totally aggravated us after the reception we received. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel is in the process of remodeling the rooms. They are nice. Pool wasn’t open if rain or storms were forecasted. Front desk workers were okay depending who you talked to, and some weren’t friendly at all Unsure if housekeeping cleaned rooms daily since they only showed up our first morning we were there.

Dirty carpets. No Kleenex in room. they where rude in check in by saying very loudly that my card was declined. Lucky for me I had another card. Yet when I called my card company they said nothing was wrong with the card.
