"The staff was friendly and amenities were nice enough even though we did not use them. I was informed when I checked in that the room we had ordered was somehow not available (despite being booked months in advance). We had a King bed suite with a fold out couch for a secondary bed... I was downgraded to two queen beds which was relatively useless since it was just myself and my wife staying and the reason I booked the room was the larger bed. The hotel offered to cover the parking fee for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. I am still unsure how my room was unavailable despite being booked months in advance."
