"This was hardly a king bed. Literally a queen at best. I hate that resorts and hotels lie about the bed size and then claim there is nothing they can do about it. Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort
"This was hardly a king bed. Literally a queen at best. I hate that resorts and hotels lie about the bed size and then claim there is nothing they can do about it. The front desk staff were unhelpful. For as large as this property is, it would be helpful to understand where we were going after we checked in. It took us about 25 minutes to just find our room. There were no workers to help us. We actually relied on another guest who experienced the same intake that we did. They advertised as a ocean view... we were so far from the ocean. It was kind of a disappointment. And I stand firmly on the daily "resort" fees always popping up even after you finished your booking. We were there for such a short time and we could verify we didn't use a single "facility" but yet the fees were ridiculous. The food on the resort is overpriced. Don't think we would return here."
