The staff there are very nice. We were there 5 days and only had our room cleaned once. We were told it would be every other day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Cottonwood is a nice place to visit.

"Really nice room. Decent location. Everything seemed to work good. It's not really an included breakfast, it's a $20 voucher per night for the room at the Italian restaurant in the main building. Which, if you have more that 1 person, doesn't cover all of breakfast, but you can use more than 1 voucher at a time, as long as the date on them hasn't passed. The shower had some hair in the drain that we had to wipe out, so could have been cleaner, but overall, great stay. Wish the pool was open past 9, we only got to use it one night as we got home too late the next. "
