I asked for a top floor because we are very light sleepers. They put us on the first floor. They said since we booked through Expedia they weren't able to make any special accommodations. And of course the people above us we're very heavy footed!

This was such a beautiful property. The hallways and decor was cute and well done, all very clean. The room was equally beautiful and our view from the balcony was great, too. Wonderful quiet night of sleep. The provided discounts for a local coffee shop and a great list of “things to do”. The Tavern restaurant next door was also delicious! The pool was very clean and warm and we were the only ones there most of the time. Great distance from the busyness of Sedona, quick drive. Will definitely return!

We had 2 complaints at the property due to noise it was my mothers 91st Bday and we wanted a day of shopping and queit time. The person above us was totally nconsiderate Made 2 complaints with property 4pm and 11:30 pm than again in the morning their response was "sorry," we checked and women has a very heavy foot, what can we do!!! Needless to say we will never stay there again. It seems like they side with the person creating the problem. Very disappointed in their attitude towards guests.

The rooms are decorated so beautifully. It was nice to have a refrigerator, wine glasses and a bottle opener. Front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. We could park and walk to restaurants, stores, and wine tastings. The outdoor patio and firepit were nice..

This was the cutest boutique hotel!!! I loved everything about it. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are updated with everything you need. The staff was wonderful. The town itself is adorable with cute little shops nearby. Next door is a winery with an amazing restaurant that we ate at. Will def stay here again!!

The Tavern was amazing! When we stepped in the foyer I immediately knew this was going to be three nights I will always remember. It was beautifully decorated, and every feature of the room was carefully designed for our comfort. The Tavern and the restaurants owned by them are beyond my words to describe. The food was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, fairly priced and absolutely delicious. We will definitely return again and again!
