The GreenTree Sedona was one of the most affordable hotels in the area. It is a great value! The property was recently renovated. The location was on the main highway. It was quiet and clean. The pool and hot tub are really nice with seating too. I definitely will stay here again and would recommend.

I did not like that I was in the basement Apt. I understand that it was a non refundable room, but when i spoke to Angle to get a room for the view of Red Rocks he said it would cost me an extra $25 per night on the 2nd floor. I thought this was unexceptionable and I was furious that I had to be in the basement Apt. Without a view. We looked at bushes and a wall.

A wall and bushes! No negotiations on upper room, they wanted more money for a Motel, Not even a Hotel! With crappy continental breakfast that sucked.

When we drove up, we were a little worried because you can tell it’s an older property. The staff was fabulous! We had made a mistake in our booking, and they rectified it and gave us the same rate. When we got to our room, we were very pleasantly surprised. You can tell it’s been remodeled in the past few years. It was clean, no carpet, great beds, new sink, shower, and toilet, a huge flatscreen TV and we really liked it! They allowed us to do a little later check out for free. They have a grab and go breakfast, which we didn’t try, but it was offered. It was also very close to the devil’s bridge hike, which we did.
