I dont understand why this property has such a high rating. The rooms need big updating. The furniture, carpet, everything is very dated. The long hallway with rooms on both sides are very noisy. One cant get good sleep. Door slamming abd hallway activity start early. The property has been purchased by Hilton and they started with reception remodel.

There is a nightly resort fee charged in addition to the nightly rate. Our room smelled like greasy food had been cooked. We notified the office but there were no other rooms available. Room was cleaned the next day but no change in the odor. Room size and amenities were good.

The sleeper sofa was broken and I couldn’t lift it to use the bed. Also, bedding was stored in bedroom and my travel companion was asleep with the door closed. So I had no bedding or covers or anything to stay warm. A check out I’ll let your staff know and they said that I should’ve called. It was midnight. I thought it was closed. Have they mentioned that if we had any problems that we could call at any time I wouldn’t have lost sleep and been cold through the night. All I got was I’m sorry ruining my day for enjoying sightseeing. No discount was offered nor any type of compensation. Like let us make it up to you. Here’s a return voucher for free room stay.
