I requested an upstairs room on three occasions- initial booking, pre-check in and at check in. Was not given one so listened to loud footsteps. Property pictures show pretty Mountain Views. Our view was a parking lot behind the airport. We were charged twice for room and had to wait for it to be cleared up at check in. Room was very nice.

Of course the balcony view was scenic. Enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would have been nice, if we were asked, to be shown around the grounds upon arrival. We discovered the food trailer on the third and last day. Excellent seasonal price reduction that made it affordable. Would like to know for the future when discounts are available.It was nice to be able to order a pizza and have it delivered within a few minutes. Staff were all very curteous and helpful.

Amazing find! Updated room with a great view. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Proximity to trails and numerous tourist destination was great. Their own personal shuttle for guests was an added bonus. We will definitely be staying again and sharing our stay with friends and family!
