Nov. 2025. Nice room located with mountains in the background. Spacious. Very nice free breakfast. Very friendly people at the desk and at breakfast. No place to hang clothes to get the wrinkles out but they said they are working on it. Other than that, we spent a very comfortable 4 nights. I certainly would recommend this hotel. John S

This is definitely a gem of hotel in Cottonwood, AZ compared to Sedona accommodations especially for the value. Staff were friendly and professional. Property is well kept and many amenities. Continental BF is what you would expect. Hot food items and waffle maker. Will definitely stay here again!!

Water from the both tap coming very less, it’s not convenient to take shower especially we booked for five nights also room cleaning not satisfied, not cleaned every day another thing about compliment breakfast coffee it’s from the machine it’s not that regular filter coffee so I never enjoy that too, every day egg and sausage not even bacon it’s boring.

Everyone that served us was so friendly and super helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was great! The shower is big. I enjoyed the hot tub and some cold plunging in the pool. Note breakfast is over @9am.

Marie at the frontand Luva in the kitchen were fabulous. My wife and I both have dietary restrictions and we bring some of our own food and Luva was helpful. Room seemed clean. Front Desk staff pleasant. Nice large room, comfortable bed, quiet. I reported that the toilet ran constantly; and that Direct TV sucks!! I am a coffee drinker and glad I brought my own supplies. Great shower.
