Breakfast was amazing, it was a hot buffet. Location was convenient for using the transportation on weekdays. People around are good and always feel safe. The locker/Safe in the room was not working, I suggest to get it fixed. Overall stay was good and comfortable, room service on daily basis was good. They offer cookies whole day in the common area and those were yummy:)

The room was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long drive. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were not vegan or allergy-friendly at all, which was disappointing. We were also surprised to learn upon arrival that the pool and spa were closed for the season. Our kids had been looking forward to using the hot tub, and this information should be clearly listed prior to booking so guests can plan accordingly.

Everything was extremely clean and staff was great. At dinner at the Italian restaurant and it was delicious. Safe and affordable. Downside: pillows were hard/flat. Otherwise, no complaints.

Reviews said this place was updated. I don’t see that at all. The bed was okay. Not great. The staff was extremely nice. The hotels in Sedona were over $500 so we drove here for the night. The other hotels we have stayed at in Arizona in this price range were nicer. I was disappointed but it was safe and clean. They really need to update the place. Breakfast was actual food (eggs and sausage) which was nice. The coffee was absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Coffee is provided in the room, however there is NO creamer, sugar, stirrers, napkins, tea bags. When asked about this at the front desk, they said ‘this is how they do it’. This hotel’s guest rooms are in two separate buildings, far from the building with the lobby and breakfast, which is inconvenient for anyone with a mobility issue (no elevator as well). The idea of hospitality is really missing from this hotel.
