The grounds are beautiful and upkept very well. Housekeeping is very on point with cleaning. The views are amazing from your rooms if you get a parking lot view. However -horrible water pressure in toilet(didn’t flush unless you hold down the handle for 5 seconds) and kitchen sink -outdated: Booking picture show marble counters, room was stuck in the early 90s(pink shell sink and shower, light wood furniture) -hard noisy bed -screen door was broken, didn’t lock -EXTREMELY thin walls were you hear everyone around you -BEING FOLLOWED TO MY CAR AND HOTEL ROOM BY TIMESHARE SHARKS. Like seriously take the 15 nos as a final answer. I’m a solo traveler, I already paid for the room. Leave me alone. Be a decent human, you don’t have to make EVERY sale. I’ll never be back to this particular hotel because of the sharks. I didn’t feel safe. Felt like I HAD to be out of my room in order to not be harassed or bothered or upcharged. Or they’d just “Pop by” to see how everything is. It’s Sedona, a place to relax and recenter not be continuously asked to come to a “perks meeting”.

We chose this resort for the kitchenette. It came fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, a kettle, a coffee maker, a stovetop, a dishwasher, and fridge. This was perfect for our needs. The property is really beautiful and the amenities are great. The only thing that caught me a little off guard was upon checkin, they charged me a per-day resort fee. I didn't remember seeing a resort fee stated on the booking through hotels.com

Good for the value

Place is convenient and the pool we used was nice. We always seem to have one issue or another with the rooms (broken cabinet door, non-working doors, stuck doors, leaking pipes, showerhead issues), etc. but not so bad it ruins our stay. We like the location and the fair cost to stay here. If you’re not an owner they do try to sell you on a time share, but just say no and that’s it, no hard sale and no need to go sit 90 minutes through a sales pitch.

I booked a two bedroom suite and they gave me a one bed room suite with a queen bed and couch pull out bed!! The front desk said they overbooked but could give me the larger room if I went to their time share meeting and then they would waive my upgrade. I booked and paid for the 2 bedroom suite why would I need to part more. They front desk guy was extremely rude and unhelpful.

I really enjoyed that there were multiple pools especially the 21 and over pool. There seemed to be night swimming available too! Overall a nice experience. It is on the outskirts of Sedona about 10 mins to get to town.

Fantastic property! Great amenities, clean, quiet, close to everything in West Sedona! PHENOMENAL customer service by the front desk team (our reservation was in three separate bookings). We will definitely stay here again. We especially appreciated the large tub and washer dryer.
