We arrived at the hotel and were greeted with a big smile. The staff were very courteous amd helped us get booked in. Upon entering the room, it was very clean and cozy. The grounds were clean and tidy, as well as the pool and spa, which one was just around the corner from our room. We rate this highly and are looking at booking here again next year... See you soon!!

I am hoping this review will be noticed and an error corrected. Overall, my stay was great; however, when I bought items at the snack shop I was charged twice and have this documented in my bank receipts for $6.48 - a small amount but still, why should I pay for something twice? The hotel staff took my contact information and I haven’t heard back. My bank wants me to contact the vendor. The hotel told me to have my bank note one of the charges as fraudulent. I’m left without my money and now am tasked to hunt down my refund. The staff seemed annoyed I asked for my money back - not the customer service I expect from a Hilton.

I felt like our experience with Hilton Vacation Club was average. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. The available amenities were clean and nice. The things I didn't like was first, this property is a time share property and was not advertised as such by Expedia. They pushed us at check in to attend the time share sales spiel. Personally, I do not want to waste vacation time sitting in a sales meeting. Second, the room had very low water pressure at all faucets. The shower had a rain head, and the pressure was so low that not all the nozzles would spray water. We asked the maintenance man to look at it and he said it was functioning as it should. It was a water saving head. Third, the floors were not designed to reduce sound transmission. The upstairs neighbors woke us up every morning moving their dining room chairs. Forth, the two closest pools/hot tubs to our room were shut down for maintenance so we had to drive across the property to soak in the hot tub. Fifth, and this is nitpicky, I am a person that likes a completely dark room. Our room had a night light in the bathroom that would not shut off, and the Wi-Fi router was above the bed and the lights would flicker all night. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating. Overall, it was a good experience, but I don't think we would choose to book here again.

I had booked a balcony suite w/view but when I got there, they said it would be a patio. It was VERY important for me to have a balcony for various reasons. SERGIO got it done—totally saved the day! Wasn’t able to go any vacation for 10 years prior and won’t be able to again. This was very important to me. A wonderful stay.

Check in process includes a high pressure attempt to rope you into a sales presentation (timeshare). Room was in great condition! Two of the pools were locked up and so there were kids doing cannonballs into the "Adults only tranquility pool" which was the opposite of transquil. No restaurant onsite. Small shop in lobby to buy to go snacks.
