The property was clean except l found hair on our bathroom floor when we arrived, hair in our sink, and hair on our face towel. The room was nice as well. There was just some paint missing on the bathroom door. The pool was cold and the Three sisters restaurant was out of over half their menu items. Because I’m a pescatarian who’s allergic to cod fish, my choices were limited so all I could have were their onion rings for dinner.

Highly recommend Cliff Castle Casino & Hotel! Huge room and bathroom with a walk-in shower, rain shower head + wall mount shower head. Easy free parking, proximity to many small towns like Jerome, Cottonwood, and Clarksdale.

Had a nice stay. Clean rooms & nice hotel. Front desk staff, although friendly, seemed to have no sense of urgency and took their time to check us in. Two people ahead of us and waited 15-20 mins to get checked in. I then had to provide my ID for a luggage cart and then had to again wait to get my ID back when returning the luggage cart.

We had a lot of fun. Only problem was bed was like sleeping on cement slab. So uncomfortable. I tryed to sleeping on little chair, didn’t work. Everything else was great , everything was clean and staff was great.

A nice stop along the highway when you're traveling across Arizona. The hotel is newer, clean and the king room was spacious with a dual shower head shower. The casino is the perfect size with a nice assortment of slot machines. For dining, there is a steakhouse, buffet, Johnny Rockets and a grab and go spot for breakfast, sandwiches and burgers. I loved that the casino offered a serve yourself free soda and coffee bar. Will stay here again!
