The Lodge

The lodge is very quiet and bed/pillows very comfy. Beautiful place with awesome views. Love Cliff Castle Casino hotel and lodge, and the area. Employees are very nice and attentive to your needs and comfort.

It's an inexpensive hotel by the cliff castle casino. Very clean rooms. Has everything you need except a fridge and microwave so plan accordingly. There's a sonic nearby and a johnny rockets at the casino. Stores are about 10 minutes away. But for the price. It's a deal.

Be aware if you're stst8ng at "The Lodge" it's less of a hotel and more like a Motel 6. The property itself is in need of repairs (just simply run down) as does the room (the lamination on table and dresser were bubbled and peeling and the seals on the outdated bathroom counter was crackeing anf peeling). We were hinting down an outlet that was in the vacinity of the bed or even behind tge dresser to olug our phones in and founf tge food crumbs and vrush from previous guests behind the night stand and there was trash behind the dresser. No idea how long it had been since it was cleaned back there. The hot tub, which is why I chose this "hotel" over others, was more like a luke warm tub with bubbles. I've never left a poor hotel review, but when charged more than $200 for 2 nights I really expected a little more.

This could be a nice place but no check in and had to go to the casino to do so, the place is unkept, dirty and my balcony was so disgusting I couldn't sit out there. Room was damp. People banged on my door during the night twice and there is no one around to make sure I are safe. I was a single female on this stay and I would never stay again nor would I recommend. Maybe I would try the hotel at the casino but not sure. Very misrepresented. Notification of where to check in would have been nice.
