Overall had a wonderful stay. I will say, due to the construction, I did trip and fall while using a stone path because my direct sidewalk to the parking lot was blocked. Breakfast tasted good but the free option was not great for my dietary restriction (dairy and egg intolerance) so it left me with 1 option only (avocado toast) and it was delicious but it was also $15 without a drink. I only got it once and went and bought oatmeal for the rest of my stay. Everything else was great.

The price seemed high. The complimentary breakfast is a muffin, yogurt cup, granola, banana and a drink. Also we could hear the people upstairs walking around and it was very loud.

Took 30 minutes just to get to-go coffee with a muffin, banana, and yogurt. Other patrons arriving after us were served breakfast ahead of us. Very strange breakfast situation, which was an hour before leaving and will unfortunately stay in our minds about this place. Terrible chemical room freshener stench in the room when we arrived. Kept the window open all night to get it out.

The hotel is located in the quiet end of West Sedona. Staff are friendly. We booked the hotel because it advertised free breakfast. Turns out the complementary continental breakfast only includes muffin/yogert/banana/juice. We ended up paying for other choices of hot breakfast.
