We had a very pleasant stay at the resort. Our room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff was really nice and helpful. I am glad there is a kitchen, as we did not always want to eat outside. We got everything we needed. We really liked the jacuzzi. We stayed there for 5 nights and will recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the area.

My family adored this resort! The room is so clean and comfortable and there are so many amenities! We made good use of the Jacuzzi tub as well as the DVD player, sofa bed and full kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, laundry room and playground. So much to do! It felt very luxurious but at a truly reasonable price. This was our 4th stay at Highlands. Condo was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and the rate was good. It's a great lower cost alternative to staying in Sedona which was only a 15–20-minute drive and only 5-10 minutes from Cottonwood.
