"The property is not well maintained. The elevator was not functioning in the spa building, there were dead insects floating in the hot tub, the jets in the tub weren’t working, the advertised rooftop bar was closed, there was no bell staff to assist, housekeeping was spotty, the couch cushions by the fireplace were filthy, carpet leading up to our room was very dirty. The room needed updating, poor lighting in bathroom, chipped paint on doors and counter, ancient air unit that had a moldy drip, rug under bed kept sliding and flipping up, very annoying. Upon questioning I was told that the property sold about year and a half ago. The new owners intend on doing a total overhaul. The price for this resort is way out of line with the quality. On a positive note, my travel companion said his spa treatments were both excellent and the on-site restaurant, Rascal, is very good. It is outsourced and operated by an independent restaurant group with James Beard nominations."

"well i don't believe there was a bar, and the fridge was not stocked . Breakfast was good but not great . "

"They over booked and when I showed up they told me they had a room at a different property for me. They never called to inform me and I still was charged. Partially Expedias fault but very disappointed with the communication."

"Didn't use pool or hot tub. Rooms were normal clean. Refrigerator was adequate. Coffee machine was fine. Coffee selection was limited except in lobby."

"This is an amazing hotel. The room was basically a whole apartment and it was great. The pools and the staff were first class. I can definitely recommend this place and will be back again."

"Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner were all excellent. Very good choices on their menu. Service is bit on the slow side maybe due staff storage?"
