Rooms are clean and nice, bathroom is spacious, it comes with all amenities for traveling families, stoves, utensils, toaster... The coffee that comes with the room is tasty. Pools and spas are nice and heated, but they are outdoors, not ideal for winter. However, there are a few improvements needed. - Sales pitch at check-in. Maybe it is the caveat of staying at one of these vacation club type. The lighting quick check-in was negated by the sales pitch by the concierge desk for a 90 mins presentation. - Wifi is not working for Apple devices. Don't they know that 90% of traveling families would come with iPhone, iPad? I had to hike down to the front desk to be connected to a private wifi. - Parking spots are tiny. Most vacationers these days drive large SUV, and if you park next to one, getting in w/o dinging your car or their car would be like playing American Ninjas.

Lot of space. It is time share property. It is bit away from West Sedona but to that availability is a bit more than one in West Sedona so got it for last minute vacation plan made 4-5 days before arrival. Resort fee $25 per day could have been declared for transparency

We had a great time! Enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, though they pool could have been a bit warmer. Our daughter loved it, but too cold for us for more than a couple of minutes. The views from the pool are were spectacular (Sedona never fails)! Also, the room far exceeded my expectations. I booked a king suite, thinking it would be two small rooms/spaces - like a hotel suite. It was really more like a one-bedroom apartment, with a dining area, living area and full kitchen, huge bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath tub and a comfortable and private king-sized bedroom. A man I chatted with in the hot tub said he was pleasantly surprised, as well.

Upon check in a representative was trying their hardest to sell us on a presentation for a timeshare. Room was okay, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, neither one of us slept due to the springs coming up. The wifi was out and it affected the tv as it would turn off constantly, we were provided with an alternative wifi access when went to front desk but still couldn't watch TV Very pricey night stay compared to the rest of our travels. We brought the bed and the wifi matter to the staff in the morning who didn't seem to care.
