Nice place, friendly staff. Could hear the people above us walking around and taking showers. Workers doing remodel playing loud music at night, room guest blasting music at 8 a.m. Not happy at all with that. Probably won’t stay at this one again.

We found GREAT people!

The staff (Ben and Alicia) were friendly, accommodating, and personable! They met all our needs and more! Breakfast was surprisingly good for a small hotel - real scrambled eggs, real sausage, breakfast burritos, waffles, cereal, and so much more. Hotel location is ideal on the west end of Sedona away from the crowds in the uptown area. We recommend a stay here - no frills but all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

Close to West Sedona

Pros: Close to West Sedona. Rooms were quiet. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was skimpy. After looking at what they offered, we went out for breakfast each morning.
Location: Location was close to all the shops and restaurants in West Sedona. Not walking distance close but only a few minutes by car.
Hotel was right off the main highway going thru Sedona but all the rooms were away from the highway. Rooms were typical hotel rooms and included flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. Room was clean and relatively modern. Bathroom was relatively new. Hotel staff were friendly.

Suite? Really?

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Cons: not a true suite
Booked a "suite" for the family. Kokopelli suite was just a semi-large room. No sleep sofa, divided room, etc. Online brochure looks much nicer than facility. Room was clean and staff was pleasant, but not the "suite" we expected. Breakfast offered great bagels, and cereals, but that's about it.

Nice people, soft bed

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: poor bed, dirty bath
First night I really wanted a bath. The tub was dirty and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. It was never cleaned again. Bed was very soft. Made my back hurt by morning. The room itself was nice and the place was very quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and knowledgable about the area but that didn't make up for the bed and dirty bath.

By far best hotel according to whole family.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Nice comfortable room with small couch. Kids preferred this room to all other hotels we stayed in. White comforters were especially nice, with silky 100% polished cotton covers, not your standard polyester yuk. Only downside was the toilet was a little wobbly: towels o.k., but not super: pool was REALLY cold, but my daughter loved it--"refreshing" in her words.

Desk person was personable to us upon checkin. Good Job

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Was surprised as to the value offered in a totally adequate room with continental breakfast. Breakfast included just-as-good-as New York bagels!
