Staff was exceptional. Room is really clean. So many things to see and do within walking distance. If the price is right, it is tough to beat.

Meh

400$ for a mediocre room, that’s supposedly “pet friendly” but didn’t offer anything for the pet. Older, and needs updating. Mattress and pillows were lumpy. Room was very dark and dingy. Not what I expected. Def do not recommend staying.

Londsdale Quay itself was a surprisingly vibrant and lively area to stay. I have not been there for over a decade and it is beautifully updated with cultural and dining options all around. The hotel itself is like Space 1986. Kooky. Pleasant enough but approach and check in awkward and something dripped metallic fluid on our car over night.

One of the biggest hotel dissapointments in all my travels. If you have a car, don't even bother. Parking is a small public parking and parking isn't guarenteed (and you pay for it). So even if you've paid for parking for your full stay and then pop out, you're not guarenteed a parking when you return. Eventually got a parking. Followed the signs to the hotel lift, then waited 15 minutes for the lift. Eventually gave up and walked up three flights of stairs, onto the street, then back into the hotel only to be told that lift stops working at 7pm. No signage saying this. Eventually got to our room and it was one of the biggest dissapointments ever. The room was on street level next to the Market entrance and people walk right past your window. We closed the curtains for privacy, which wasn't great. What's the point of staying there if you can't even keep the curtains open. Housekeeping didn't even bother, just replaced the towels (one had some brown stains on). That was it. If you're an Expedia frequent traveller, this hotel is NOT a VIP hotel, despite adverising as such. No benefits offered.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here while I was working an event as a florist in Vancouver. The location has great things to walk to and is very family friendly. Our room had a view of the ocean and staff were very helpful. I do wish the parking was a bit of a lower price point but otherwise a great place to stay.

The property is in a great location in North Vancouver, right by the water. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Staff was friendly and very professional. Bed was comfortable but the room could definitely use an upgrade. Breakfast option was terrible, the milk was curdled for the tea and coffee and they had nutri grain bars as an option to eat. Other than the friendly staff and the location not worth the money

Convenient

While parking is available, it is a hotel rate in the underground public lot. So if you arrive on a busy night, be warned. Room was large and clean but windows were so dirty it was hard to enjoy the view

Hotel was fine except the elevator went directly from the underground parking garage to the floor elevator lobby. A key car was needed to access the floor but the floor and room entrance doors are elevator security doors which all bang very loudly and I was placed in the midst of a school group that went in and out constantly at all hours. It’s an odd setup. Room was a bit worn and dated but clean, staff very friendly and helpful and location minutes from the ferry to Canada Place was super convenient.

Stayed here for 3 nights in July 2025- property is a great location and our room had an awesome view of the harbour. Tons of shopping and eating options. Staff was super friendly and helpful when we had questions around public transportation. We were interested in lots of hiking in the mountains which this hotel is close to (about a 20-30 minute bus ride depending on where you are going). It’s a bit more of a jaunt if you are doing things downtown - so plan to be away for the day if that is the case. Overall experience was great!

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights and out of all 5 hotels we booked on our BC trip, this was the most expensive and the most difficult one of all. First of all parking is paid and we had to pay about $25-$30 per night, second non-adjustable room temperature. There was a conditioner but it was super loud and the cold air was blowing right at you in bed. I was afraid to wake up sick or congested and because of the noise it was hard to even fall asleep. The next day my husband was able to turn this thing off by switching but of course it bacame too hot so we had to turn it back on again. For the second night, I had to build a wall in front of it with bags and towels so that it doesn't blow on our faces. These were hard two nights. Lastly, there was no ventilation switch in the washroom. So if someone use it for second, be prepared for some aroma coming from there. Some of the things I enjoyed it a bath robe, slippers and a small balcony overlooking Vancouver downtown.
