The room was great and the balcony doors opened. There was nightlight happening and just enough of the music made its way to the room so we could hear it but it wasn’t too obnoxious. They are mid transition to the coast brand so there was some evidence of that but nothing off-putting. We found some reeces/oreos one of the nights and got back to the room late and asked the guy at the front desk if there was anywhere we could buy some milk at that late hour and he said no need, and went to the back room and got us a to-go cup of whole milk. We had a lovely stay

The room showed signs of wear and tear. Seniors with overheight vehicles should be encouraged to find a different location. Walking for blocks to a private, crowded pay parking lot really spoiled our trip.

Finding the hotel and where to park is confusing. The labeling of rooms is confusing. I reserved a "coast" room expecting to have an inlet view, it wasn't. The front desk workers were friendly and helpful.

We had a staycation at the Quay hotel and the room was just awesome with a view of the city. When we checked in the staff at the front was a total sweetheart, checked us in early, gave a free bottle of wine and upgraded us with a view. The hotel location is stellar with a food market literally two floors down and all lower Lonsdale has to offer including seeing sailing ships and yachts at the harbour. It truly was an awesome experience and will recommend it to anyone looking for a fun walk friendly and comfortable place to get away!
