This Hotel on a great location for me, is near my family plus a little out of the downtown area and towards the road to Ensenada and Ruta de el Vino.... I have stay there several times and I have never been disappoint at all, I would highly recommend it to everyone...

Very disappointed because we wanted to spend some time in the garden area and the day was perfect to spend a little time in the jacuzzi and I think the correct thing would have been for them to tell you when booking that the common area where the pool and jacuzzi are are closed. They made us spend more, because we did want to enjoy the facilities and we couldn't. I don't think I'll come back, which is a shame because you can't stay in your room all day. Disappointed by Expedia or Hotel Santana for not notifying that the amenities were closed, we could have made a different decision.

Happy husband!

My husband was impressed with the service, he wakes up to coffee and the night worker tolf him he makes coffee at 5:30 before his shift ends,but if he was up at 5 let him know he would have it sooner. Happy husband!
