Mid Century Modern Getaway

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill.

This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals!

We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.
The space

The backyard is a shared space between you and the guests that are renting upstairs. We have a fire pit and a charcoal grill out back that you are welcome to use! You will need to provide your own charcoal for the grill.

The backyard is a shared space between you and the guests that are renting downstairs. There is no inside access to the backyard but you can enter the backyard by going out the front door, walking to the side of the yard and going through the back yard gate. We have a fire pit and a charcoal grill out back that you are welcome to use!
