Conveniently located to power and light, the street car which has multiple stops for sightseeing and eats. Loews is at least a yearly stop for us. Quiet, great views of KC skyline. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good drinks at the bar.

The only "negative" I had was the balcony being non-accessible. But it didn't ruin my stay, just would've been cool to sit out. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at.
