We liked everything about your hotel. Pretty special, to be down town, so close to everything. My only complaint, would be getting my luggage from the parking garage to the East Tower. Three elevators, and a Sky Bridge. I should have used Valet parking.

The hotel advertised an airport shutlle bit on arrival it wasn't running. The staff seemed very unconcerned when questioned about this. A piece of equipment in the exercise room was broken. Not sure how long this had been in that condition. The hotel in general seems a little tired.

The hotel is not well kept in terms of cleaning. The room had a strong mold smell. Cleaning left much to be desired with hair on the bed and the bathroom was not really clean. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay.
