We liked everything about your hotel. Pretty special, to be down town, so close to everything. My only complaint, would be getting my luggage from the parking garage to the East Tower. Three elevators, and a Sky Bridge. I should have used Valet parking.

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. There was bad weather in the area, the young man at the desk made sure we knew this and what to do and where to go just in case. This place has an awesome breakfast! Alway nice and clean.

The hotel is not well kept in terms of cleaning. The room had a strong mold smell. Cleaning left much to be desired with hair on the bed and the bathroom was not really clean. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay.

"My toilet seat wasn't fixed and the trash wasn't taken out when housekeeping came by but everything else was ok. I don't complain, really. I usually take out the trash myself. Staff and housekeeping staff are always friendly. Probably just overlooked or backed up with maintenance calls. Cool people. I'll be back."
