Not handicapped-friendly (no elevator, asked for first floor room and wasn’t given one, given a room at back end of hotel). Front desk person actually walked away from me as I was entering despite him seeing me and making eye contact. Room smelled almost musty or old. Would NOT recommend this even for someone on a budget. Go somewhere else and be treated better!!

My room was supposed to come with a chair (have had back surgery, need the support while sitting). Was told by desk personnel and manager that one would be provided, yet by my second night I did not have one. Talked to desk personnel, who called maintenance (on the radio), maintenance insisted that a chair was delivered to my room. I insisted manager follow me to my room to prove his maintenance person was the lair, and not me. Chair provided 10 minutes later by maintenance. My dirty towels were never removed, though someone did come in long enough to shut the A./C off (both days). My experience with this location makes Motel 6 look luxurious.

When I checked into my room on Friday evening, there was no chair at the desk (I have had spinal surgery, and a chair to sit in is a necessity). I managed to get ah9old of the front desk after letting the phone ring for 15 minutes, and they said I'd have a chair right away. No chair was delivered that evening, and I ended up using a camp stool I had in my truck. Saturday morning left for my business, and when I got back (about 6:30 p.m.) there still was no chair in my room. I went to the front desk to complain, and was told that, "no, there is a chair in your room". The "GM" then got on the radio, and I heard the maintenance person tell him that a chair was delivered to my room (basically, I was accused of lying). I then insisted that the "GM" follow me to my room, so that I COULD PROVE that there wasn't a chair in my room. Approximately 10 minutes later, and maintenance person brought a chair that looked like it came from a dining room set to my room. When I got up Monday morning, prior to checking out I went to sample the "free breakfast" that was offered. The juice machine was out of everything except lemonade, there was NO sugar for the coffee, and the only thing offered was waffles, cereal, pastries bought at the store (Little Debbie?) and apples. There wasn't one thing offered that had protein - just carbs and fiber. I never thought I'd see the day when a La Quinta made Motel 6 look like luxury. This is the last time I will ever stay at one.

The comfortable bed that I wish I could take with me. It was quiet that I slept very well. The continental breakfast was convenient with various choices to have a healthy meal. Kudos to the staff.

There was dried urine stains all around the toilet. Mold in the corners of the baseboards in the bathroom. The floor in the room was gritty like there was sand on it. Great location. No attention to detail though.
